For years Crispi has been hearing feedback from women hunters asking and wishing for a women’s version of the ever popular mountain hunting boot, the Crispi Briksdal GTX. Finally, for 2023 Crispi listened and delivered.
Changing the Flex Rating from the 4 flex of the men’s model to a 3 flex for the women’s Briksdal GTX, Crispi is working off the premise that most women hunters will appreciate a boot that still has plenty of support and stability for steep and technical terrain but that isn’t able to flex enough to provide adequate proprioception. The 200g of Gore insulation makes this boot extremely versatile for handling a wide range of temperatures and conditions.
The women’s Briksdal GTX uses the same asymmetrical lacing system, which allows the hunter to customize their lacing into a technical, anatomical fit for a variety of foot shapes. This anatomical fit will allow you to better navigate technical terrain while keeping a fit that delivers all day comfort. With the added security of the Crispi ABSS (Ankle Bone Support System) and a stretch nylon material built into the tongue of the boot, your feet are sure to stay protected and comfortable during single or multi day trips.
This mountain ready boot is extremely lightweight and is constructed with the highest-quality Nubuk leather on the market. As with all of Crispi’s boots, the Briksdal is 100% waterproof thanks to the Gore-Tex full surround bootie making this ideal for anyone hunting in extreme terrain.
