The Fannin is a lightweight sturdy fixed blade knife. Made of D2 tool steel, hardened to 58 RC, Cerakoted and sharpened with a 12 step process. The lightly textured bevels, used in the highest quality kitchen knives, create a non-stick stick surface. The Fannin will hold its edge throughout the deboning and skinning process, as well as, any survival and camp chores. Not needing to be sharpened until you are out of the Backcountry.
