Vanguard's VEO 2 PRO 203AO 3-section aluminum tripod with 360° degree VEO 2 PH-26 2-way pan head is the perfect choice for spotting scopes, binoculars and outdoor photography/videography. These two movements function simultaneously, and both the rotation and tilt can be set in place using the pan bar's integrated twist lock.
