If you purchase a BlackOvis branded item it is covered by a one-year warranty, given proper care was executed with the item. BlackOvis gear is built to be tough, but it is not invincible. What we will do for you: If the item is determined by our staff to be defective you will not be responsible for return shipping. Sending us images will allow us to assess the product defect in order to speed up this process. Please use our return label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the item we will attempt to repair the product if possible. If we are unable to repair the item we will send a replacement. If we are unable to send a replacement due to availability then a full refund will be issued back to you. Please Follow instructions below to get started on the process.

How long are you covered?: We will repair or replace the item at no charge up to 1 year. Please allow up to 6 weeks for repairs. After 1 year we will repair or replace the item at a reasonable cost. This is assuming the product has received proper care and treatment. Any abuse or
What we will do for you: For all wear and tear products you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You are welcome to use our pre paid label for $8.50 or you may use your own. This assuming the product has been given proper care but has now failed you. BlackOvis gear is built to be tough, but it is not invincible. In which case we would be able to offer a 10% off discount and no shipping cost on the purchase of a new item to replace your product after 1 year. This process could typically take about 3-6 weeks, but usually turnaround time is one week.
Please make sure all clothing and products are clean and washed before sending them back. If we receive a product that does not meet our requirements we will send the product back to the sender.BlackOvis will also not be liable for any loss or damaged return packages.
