Wool is a very sensitive material and if not washed correctly, can make your clothes look like they should fit on a doll. NIKWAX has produced a great product called Wool Wash that eliminates that error and allows you to wash your wool clothing effectively. It's simple -- just use it instead of soap in your washing machine, throw it on delicate/cold water and let it do its job.
We recommend to always allow wool clothing to air dry instead of heat dry. That way, you are taking less chances that your gear could shrink. If you need your gear to dry quickly, throw it in the dryer for only about 3-5 minutes and then pull it out. This will help to jump-start the drying process while reducing the chances of your woolen gear shrinking.
